DXC Technology is seeking an Analyst III for Business Process Transactions to execute and oversee client workflows, ensuring strict adherence to operational accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee complex business process transactions in adherence to established client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure high operational accuracy, data integrity, and compliance across day-to-day transactional workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend measurable process improvements to streamline efficiency.
• Conduct quality audits and root-cause analyses on transaction errors to reduce defect recurrence.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational logs.
• Serve as an escalation point for transaction discrepancies and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
• Generate regular operational metrics, status reports, and MIS dashboards for team leadership.
• Provide guidance, peer review, and operational training to junior process analysts.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system verification for internal tool deployments and enhancements.
• Support compliance reviews, internal audits, and client reporting requirements with accurate data logs.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement projects to improve turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
