Role Overview:

As a User Experience (UX) Designer at [REDACTED], you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience design processes. You will articulate vision, inspire clients to adopt a design thinking mindset, and drive product strategy, roadmap, and governance. Your duties will include applying design thinking, methods, tools, and processes to generate new ideas, defining holistic customer experiences, and leading cross-functional teams to develop solution prototypes. Your excellent communication skills will be essential to articulate and defend design decisions and engage in business development.

• Proven experience in end-to-end user experience design processes
• Articulate vision and inspire clients to adopt a design thinking mindset
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Apply design thinking, methods, tools, and processes to generate new ideas
• Define holistic customer experiences and lead teams to develop solution prototypes
• Engage in business development and support client wins
• Interact with clients across pre-sales and project delivery stages
• Represent studio design work directly to clients
• Evangelize design across business units and lead internal transformations
