Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst BI with 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, stakeholder collaboration, and data analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, analyzing raw data, and converting it into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to support business decisions.

The candidate should work closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical teams to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Convert raw and complex datasets into meaningful business insights and dashboards.
• Work with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Support leadership with executive, operational, and tactical reporting insights.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality analysis.
• Prepare functional documents, business summaries, and analytical presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Ensure dashboards and reports align with business objectives and decision-making requirements
