Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and monitor local marketing and promotional activities aligned with company objectives.
• Drive branch sales targets primarily through strategic lead generation and database expansion.
• Execute local tie-ups, promotional activities, and events to increase brand visibility in new and existing markets.
• Lead BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and business outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships and interface effectively with creative and production agencies.
• Plan and manage the annual marketing department budget for the local branch.
• Design, produce, and distribute targeted marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
• Oversee corporate communications and branch-level business development initiatives.
• Support telemarketing operations and coordinate with direct and indirect sales teams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team consisting of direct reports and indirect staff.
• Monitor campaign metrics and report performance directly to Branch and Zonal Marketing Managers.
