Key Responsibilities: Study engineering drawings and design files, and provide feedback to improve manufacturability and reduce costs Create manufacturing plans and timelines in conformance with the project timelines Coordinate with inventory management to place orders for and track raw materials and after-market components required for prototyping and manufacturing Release finalised files for manufacturing and/or prototyping, and coordinate, negotiate with vendors Conduct inspections on manufactured and purchased items to maintain conformance to quality standards and specifications of the design Assembly of prototypes and Testing of prototypes with the R&D Division Maintain vendor-wise track and records of all ongoing, pending and completed manufacturing against a BOM Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering Strong fundamentals and practical experience of manufacturing processes, such as TIG Welding, Laser Cutting, CNC and VMC machining, Rotomoulding, Injection Moulding, Electroplating, Surface Treatments and Coatings, etc. Understanding of Mechanical Designing concepts and CAD tools Hands-on experience with Engineering Drawings and GD&T CAD software and tools, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc., familiarity with simulation tools is a plus Experience with Microsoft Project and Planner or similar project management software Compensation: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .

• Plan and execute Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing) workstreams with close attention to safety, quality, and production feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution constraints before work begins.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.
• Support root-cause analysis for defects, delays, or non-conformance events and drive closure actions.
• Improve process capability through structured observations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document technical decisions, changes, and lessons learned for repeatable execution.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for smooth handoffs.
• Contribute to cost, schedule, and quality trade-off discussions with sound engineering judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and production-readiness expectations.
• Experience coordinating with production, QA, supply chain, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
• Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
