Bosscoder Academy is hiring a Corporate Relations Associate to expand hiring partnerships with tech enterprises and drive placement opportunities for academy learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with prospective tech companies, startups, and HR leaders for recruitment tie-ups.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate placement partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with corporate recruiters and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, drives, and hiring processes between partner companies and candidates.
• Map corporate hiring mandates with candidate profiles to ensure high placement conversion rates.
• Track, organize, and update all employer engagement activities and pipelines in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal career services and training teams to share recruiter feedback and industry hiring trends.
• Draft partnership proposals, engagement presentations, and formal placement agreements.
• Gather post-placement feedback from hiring partners to improve service delivery and retention.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets for new corporate acquisitions and job openings.
• Represent the academy at industry networking events, corporate seminars, and hiring conferences.
