Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager Home Loans to drive business as an Individual Contributor (IC). The ideal candidate should have a strong network of DSAs, connectors, builders, and franchise partners, with a proven track record of generating consistent home loan business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate home loan business through personal networks, DSAs, connectors, builders, and franchise channels.
• Achieve a minimum monthly business target of 45 Crore in home loan disbursements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Source quality loan applications and ensure smooth processing through disbursement.
• Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Home Loan Sales<
