Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, and testing of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Assist in programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and SCADA systems.
• Integrate shop-floor equipment and sensors with higher-level plant software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to gather automation requirements.
• Monitor industrial network communication protocols to ensure reliable data acquisition.
• Participate in system validation, commissioning, and site acceptance testing (SAT).
• Identify and debug operational bottlenecks within automated manufacturing lines.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, wiring schematics, and functional specifications.
• Ensure manufacturing operations align with industry safety and automation standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, patch updates, and health checks on MES infrastructure.
• Deliver user training and operational support to plant operators and technicians.
