ASCLOUDSECURE is looking for a Record To Report Ops Associate to manage day-to-day general ledger operations and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post standard and non-standard journal entries accurately.
• Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate unexplained variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and track pending transactions to resolution.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and support cross-entity settlement procedures.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for external and internal audits.
• Perform preliminary variance analysis on key balance sheet and expense accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and prepaid expense schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of routine operational financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational internal controls and financial policies.
