Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable, robust backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using modern backend technologies and frameworks.
• Architect distributed systems capable of handling high throughput and low latency traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product, data, and infrastructure teams across global offices.
• Drive technical roadmaps, architectural best practices, and engineering standards across the team.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews and provide technical mentorship to mid-level and senior engineers.
• Optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve production incidents.
• Design and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservice communication interfaces.
• Ensure reliable continuous integration, delivery pipelines, and automated test coverage.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and frameworks to solve complex business problems.
