• Architect, build, and scale resilient backend services supporting high-volume travel transactions.
• Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices across engineering squads.
• Develop scalable microservices handling massive traffic across accommodation, flights, and supply pipelines.
• Optimize backend infrastructure for performance, low latency, and high availability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to deliver core product roadmaps.
• Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers through structured design and code reviews.
• Design reliable data models and query workflows using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka and modern streaming platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD, and robust observability.
• Tackle mission-critical production challenges and conduct root cause analyses.
