<p>The Talent Operations Specialist is a full-time role providing the governance, compliance, and systemsenablement backbone for India Talent Acquisition. Operating beyond day-to-day execution, the role owns end-to-end operational outcomes, process and audit standards, systems and vendor governance, and critical escalations for India TA Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating beyond day-to-day execution, the role owns end-to-end operational outcomes, process and audit standards, systems and vendor governance, and critical escalations for India TA Operations
• At a scale of 2000 annual hires and 10+ Talent Coordinators, the role provides dedicated operational leadership across a complex ecosystem of Talent Partners, Talent Coordinators, COEs, Global Talent Operations (GTAO) peers, and technology/vendor partners, while also leading key global and India-specific initiatives
• Partner with leaders to align Talent Operations priorities with business goals, team health, and talent needs.
• Advise managers on performance, engagement, organization design, and employee relations topics.
• Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and talent-review processes with strong operational follow-through.
• Use people data and qualitative signals to identify themes, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Drive consistent application of policies, processes, and people programs across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders through change, conflict resolution, and communication-sensitive moments.
• Collaborate with recruiting, L&D, compensation, and leadership teams on cross-functional people initiatives.
• Improve employee experience by identifying friction points and strengthening manager enablement.
• Maintain careful documentation and sound judgment in confidential or high-sensitivity cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong communication, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive people matters.
• Ability to balance operational rigor with employee empathy and business alignment.
• Comfort partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams on talent priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement and policy consistency.
