Key Responsibilities
International Trade Shows & Luxury Events
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile international trade shows, exhibitions, and exclusive brand events.
- Manage logistics, global vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment for flawless delivery.
- Develop pre-event buzz, on-ground engagement strategies, and post-event lead nurturing to maximize ROI.
- Analyze event performance and recommend data-backed improvements for future activations.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Drive email marketing programs including segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Support and coordinate SEO, SEM, website enhancements, paid media, and social campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to deliver actionable insights and continuous growth.
- Own the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain consistent, premium luxury branding across all touchpoints.
- Create and coordinate high-quality content for websites, social media, presentations, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop sophisticated pitches, brand decks, and communication materials for global partners and clients.
- Ensure every output reflects the elegance and sophistication of a top-tier luxury jewelry brand.
- Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for luxury packaging, display materials, and promotional assets.
- Uphold uncompromising quality standards while managing timelines, budgets, and approvals efficiently.
- Take full ownership of key campaigns from ideation to execution and results reporting.
- Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management (luxury/fashion/jewelry experience preferred).
- Strong command over B2B and B2C marketing, digital tools, and omnichannel strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Canva, CRM, and email platforms (Mailchimp/others).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding project management, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and events.
