Job Description:

• Responsible to lead Oracle Applications support and enhancement projects.
• Lead the overall solution from Oracle Applications HCM functional perspective for complex projects.
• Good Business Knowledge on Oracle E-Business Suite Modules like (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence management, Performance management, Self Service and Learning management).
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
• Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.
• Knowledge on integrations to HCM modules.
• Should have minimum 7-10 years of experience on Oracle Applications HCM modules.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus on professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external.
