• Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Partner with leaders to align Freshers & Exp IT & Non IT HR Recruiters Talent Acquisition B'lore priorities with business goals, team health, and talent needs.
• Advise managers on performance, engagement, organization design, and employee relations topics.
• Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and talent-review processes with strong operational follow-through.
• Use people data and qualitative signals to identify themes, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Drive consistent application of policies, processes, and people programs across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders through change, conflict resolution, and communication-sensitive moments.
• Collaborate with recruiting, L&D, compensation, and leadership teams on cross-functional people initiatives.
• Improve employee experience by identifying friction points and strengthening manager enablement.
