Wake Up Whistle is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making across projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and synthesize business requirements from diverse project stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with business units to understand ongoing operational needs and pain points.
• Draft structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Analyze business workflows and recommend actionable improvements to streamline operations.
• Extract and query datasets using SQL to evaluate trends and validate business assumptions.
• Perform data modeling, analysis, and data hygiene using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Prepare executive presentations to summarize findings and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate smooth communication between technical developers and non-technical business partners.
• Assist project managers in scoping, planning, and tracking implementation milestones.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet documented requirements.
