This is an Investment Banking finance analyst job with a minimum 1 year experience requirement.

• Conduct deep sector-oriented research on M&A, PE, and Debt transactions.
• Work on detailed financial models, IMs, valuations, and credit notes.
• Own day-to-day Financial Analyst workflows with a focus on throughput.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving.
• Review reports and data to identify gaps and risks.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity.
