• The Business Analyst II will bridge business needs and advanced technical solutions, leading analyses of business processes and collaborating with teams to implement strategic improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead thorough analyses of business processes, identifying strategic opportunities for improvement and automation and making the necessary changes to any documented proceduresCollaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with strategic business objectivesAdvise on the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or proceduresAnalyze data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risksProvide management with strategic solutions to increase efficiency and achieve operational goalsActs as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvementConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential projects, focusing on strategic alignment and impactBe a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple areas of focus to provide guidance on potential work being introduced and for the lean business case
• Own day-to-day Remote Business Analyst workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working across data, process, and execution details to improve throughput.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
