We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to assist in coordinating daily operational activities and ensuring seamless business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and executing day-to-day administrative and operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, operational logs, and data spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical operational improvements.
• Monitor inventory, office supplies, or operational resources as required.
• Prepare regular status, performance, and operational progress reports.
• Handle incoming operational inquiries and resolve basic administrative issues.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and company standards.
• Organize, file, and maintain essential business documentation and archives.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects assigned by leadership.
• Assist in standardizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
