Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Twilio Flex.
• Lead development of APIs, UI capabilities, and platform features for the Flex ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support partner and developer enablement for contact center innovation.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs and business impact.
• Drive execution across multiple product workstreams and releases.
• Establish product metrics and measure feature adoption and success.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Guide product documentation and developer experience improvements.
• Lead and mentor product managers within the organization.
• Align platform capabilities with long-term company objectives.
• Support innovation initiatives around AI and agent-assisted experiences.
