Key Responsibilities:

• Own the organization-wide Learning & Development function.
• Develop training programs for Language Trainers across multiple verticals.
• Design and implement a scalable T&D framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct capability mapping and leadership development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
• Lead a team of trainers and provide mentorship.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training.
• Report on training outcomes and impact on performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
