Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow execution.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Streamline operational processes and implement standard operating procedures to boost efficiency.
• Supervise on-ground staff, assign daily duties, and evaluate operational performance.
• Resolve customer inquiries, escalations, and service issues with effective operational remedies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering productivity, expenses, and fulfillment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational output with business targets.
• Track budget expenditures across routine operational tasks to optimize operational costs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
