Techila Global Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce Education Cloud to drive requirement discovery, solution design, and client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with key stakeholders across admissions, student services, recruitment, and advancement teams.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Education Cloud across delivery and pre-sales engagements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define solution architecture and support new business opportunities.
• Prepare effort estimations for Salesforce configurations, customizations, third-party integrations, and data migration activities.
• Support RFP and RFI responses and actively contribute to technical and functional proposal development.
• Configure Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and security settings.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards to track recruitment, admissions, student retention, and lifecycle metrics.
• Participate in end-to-end solution design reviews, testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live deployment support.
• Deliver live system demonstrations of configured Salesforce solutions showcasing business processes and core functionality.
• Conduct walkthroughs during sprint reviews and stakeholder sessions to validate alignment with business outcomes.
