Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, install, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Develop high-performance ETL and ELT processes for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to understand data ingestion requirements.
• Build reliable integrations across cloud data warehouses and streaming platforms.
• Optimize SQL queries, pipeline throughput, and distributed processing workloads.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, validation, and consistency checks across data stores.
• Manage database schema designs, data modeling, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Deploy big data processing jobs using frameworks like Apache Spark or PySpark.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, privacy, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline outages, performance bottlenecks, and ingestion failures.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation for system architecture, schemas, and pipelines.
