TeamLease Services Limited is looking for an Outbound Marketing Specialist to plan and execute targeted outreach programs, driving engagement and qualified pipeline for enterprise staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect and account research to identify decision-makers and refine target lists.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels.
• Research target accounts and buyer personas, monitoring market triggers for timely outreach.
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social platforms.
• Drive attendance and registrations for webinars, physical events, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with content teams to adapt case studies, pitch decks, and collateral for outreach.
• Craft personalized email copy, LinkedIn sequences, and call scripts tailored to personas.
• Work closely with the business development team to hand off qualified sales opportunities.
• Track outreach KPIs, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI using CRM tools.
• Continuously test messaging angles, subject lines, and cadence strategies to optimize engagement.
