Role: The role would involve knowledge in processing offer letters and full & final settlements, as well as payroll inputs such as LOP, RLOP earnings & deductions, salary revisions, and gratuity. They should be able to handle 10-15 client IDs independently and have basic knowledge on PF/ESIC/PT/LWF. Additionally, they should be able to follow-up with clients for inputs, payments, and clarifications, close client queries within TAT, and have knowledge on all letter processes such as experience, relieving, warning, termination, and recovery letters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing offer letters
- Processing Full & Final settlements
- Follow-up with clients for inputs, payments & clarifications
- Processing Payroll inputs like LOP, RLOP earnings & deductions, salary revisions, gratuity
- Handling 10-15 client IDs independently
- Basic knowledge on PF/ESIC/PT/LWF
- Closing client queries within TAT
- Knowledge on all letter processes like experience, relieving, warning, termination & recovery letters
