Key Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team in conducting legal research on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Review, draft, and vet routine vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service contracts.
• Support corporate governance documentation and ensure timely filing of statutory records.
• Organize and manage the legal repository and contract database.
• Assist in preparing legal notices, responses, and related documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams including HR, finance, and operations for required legal documentation.
• Monitor changes in edtech, data privacy, and intellectual property regulations.
• Support due diligence processes for corporate and commercial transactions.
• Draft summaries and legal briefs on relevant industry case laws.
• Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support on ad-hoc legal projects.
