Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other channels.
• Plan and execute high-performance marketing campaigns.
• Manage budgets with a focus on ROAS and profitability.
• Optimize product listings and conversion funnels.
• Track and improve core metrics: CTR, CVR, ROI, LTV.
• Build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Lead marketplace growth strategy and expansion.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify scale opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
• Own relationships with Marketplace Account Managers.
• Create and present performance dashboards and insights.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and best practices.
