Stantec's Buildings Mechanical team in the India Global Delivery Center provides specialized engineering services in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sustainability, and Acoustics design, collaborating with global offices to deliver innovative and sustainable building solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical leadership, oversight, and subject matter expertise across multidisciplinary building projects.
• Serve as or support the Project Technical Lead (PTL) to ensure engineering deliverables meet project scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams comprising HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sustainability, and Acoustics engineers.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, system sizing, equipment selections, and design specifications.
• Collaborate seamlessly with global Stantec offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Develop and strengthen stakeholder relationships through reliable project execution and technical excellence.
• Conduct thorough technical quality reviews and ensure compliance with relevant international design codes and engineering standards.
• Drive best practices, process improvements, and digital design workflows across the mechanical engineering practice.
• Manage project delivery schedules, resource allocations, and technical risk mitigations.
• Support proposal development, technical scoping, and level-of-effort estimations for prospective building projects.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and client-focused engineering solutions.
