Senior Product Manager Growth & Consumer Products (FinTech Preferred) We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with 6+ years of product management experience, including the last 3+ years owning consumer-facing B2C products (app, onboarding, checkout, growth, or conversion funnels). Must Have: - Consumer product ownership (not backend/infrastructure-focused) - Strong track record of improving conversion, engagement, revenue, or retention through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation - Experience with analytics, funnels, cohorts, and product metrics - Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) in product work - Strong stakeholder management across business, engineering, and design teams - Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and working in Agile environments - Current or recent experience in a B2C product company (FinTech preferred; otherwise Series B+ startup) Good to Have: - Experience with AI/ML products, prompt engineering, LangChain, or RAG.

• Own core deliverables associated with the Product Manager Top b2c product company only role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
• Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
