Product and Design

Senior UI/UX Designer is a cross-functional and execution-focused opportunity based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will own end-to-end design of pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces across web and native mobile apps — from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You will build and evolve our Figma design system and leverage Figma Make and AI-assisted tooling to ship faster without compromising craft.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will own end-to-end design of pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces across web and native mobile apps — from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
  • You will build and evolve our Figma design system and leverage Figma Make and AI-assisted tooling to ship faster without compromising craft
  • Lead end-to-end product design — research, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and dev handoff
  • Translate briefs for UI/UX Designer into polished visual concepts that align with brand priorities.
  • Create campaign, digital, and presentation assets with strong layout, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and content stakeholders to turn objectives into compelling design output.
  • Evolve templates, reusable design systems, and visual guidelines that improve team consistency.
  • Refine concepts through structured feedback while protecting quality and intent in final work.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets are delivered accurately across required channels.
  • Balance speed and craft across multiple campaigns, launches, and stakeholder asks.
  • Contribute to storytelling frameworks that make the brand clearer, sharper, and more memorable.
  • Audit existing assets and identify opportunities to improve consistency, clarity, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
  • Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, and brand consistency.
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders while translating feedback into polished design outcomes.
  • Ability to present concepts clearly and defend design decisions with sound rationale.
  • Strong attention to detail, production readiness, and quality control across final assets.
  • Comfort managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing craft quality.
