As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will own end-to-end design of pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces across web and native mobile apps — from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design — research, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and dev handoff.
• Ship pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile that hold up across breakpoints, platforms, and edge cases.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable UI consistent with brand and accessibility standards.
• Build and govern a Figma design system using auto-layout, variants, component properties, and nested components.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Document design processes and maintain design specifications.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to team discussions.
