Key Responsibilities

• Onboard sports coaches and trainers onto the platform through structured verification.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for registered coaches regarding queries and operational issues.
• Train coaches on platform tools, profile optimization, and scheduling features.
• Monitor coach engagement, active listings, and response rates across sessions.
• Collect regular feedback from coaches to identify pain points and enhance platform experience.
• Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve issues between athletes and coaches.
• Review coach compliance with safety standards, documentation, and quality guidelines.
• Manage scheduling, session verification, and assist with coach payout reconciliations.
• Track retention metrics and implement initiatives to improve coach satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to optimize coach workflows.
