• Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders.Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Documents.Configure and validate Business Rules Engine (BRE) logic.Perform rule testing, impact analysis, and business rule validation.Analyze data using SQL and support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.Mandatory Skills 23 years of Business Analyst experience.Banking/FinTech domain experience.Hands-on experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE).Requirement Gathering & Documentation.SQL / Database Querying.Strong analytical and logical thinking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Python knowledge/certification.Banking/Credit Process knowledge.Exposure to Data Management and GenAI tools.Immediate joiners preferred.Compensation: 300,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
• Own day-to-day Business Analyst BRE (Business Rules Engine) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
