Softcell Technologies Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Trainee in Pune to assist with order management, vendor coordination, and commercial back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and verify pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Generate and dispatch accurate commercial invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes.
• Coordinate with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors for product dispatch updates.
• Track vendor bills, review billing accuracy, and route invoices for timely finance approvals.
• Maintain and update customer order pipelines and operational logs in internal ERP systems.
• Assist the sales team with preparing customer quotations, rate cards, and proposal documents.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and payment receipts.
• Monitor contract renewals, software license subscription schedules, and billing milestones.
• Prepare regular MIS reports using Microsoft Excel on order status and fulfillment metrics.
• Support internal and external audits by archiving commercial records, contracts, and receipts.
• Facilitate smooth communication between procurement, logistics, sales, and accounts departments.
