Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Manage post-production support, triage user-reported defects, and drive swift issue resolution.
- Deliver training programs and user documentation to end users to support system adoption.
- Monitor product release cycles, track deliverables against milestones, and report on project health.
- Identify and recommend continuous process optimization opportunities across business systems.
