Senior Civil Engineer - Extern · Madikeri

Seabird Resorts is seeking a qualified Senior Civil Engineer to manage external infrastructure and site development works at Madikeri (Coorg).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the execution of large-scale External Development (ED) works on site.
• Manage construction of roads, pavements, earthworks, and boundary wall systems.
• Oversee the installation of storm water drainage (SWD), sewerage, and water supply networks.
• Direct underground utility installations and ensure proper utility corridor management.
• Enforce QA/QC protocols, site safety standards, and project compliance with IS Codes.
• Prepare, verify, and monitor Bills of Quantities (BOQ), contractor billings, and measurement sheets.
• Coordinate seamlessly with project clients, design consultants, and subcontracting agencies.
• Track project schedules, monitor physical progress, and resolve on-site engineering challenges.
• Ensure optimal allocation of site resources, heavy equipment, and construction materials.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.
