Senior Operations Manager · Pan India

ScrapEco is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee operational functions across multiple client locations. This role requires strong operational leadership to drive process excellence, manage logistics and recycling workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution across multiple client locations nationwide.
• Manage scrap procurement, material inspections, auctions, logistics, and recycling operations.
• Ensure seamless execution of client contracts while meeting defined SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, vendors, recyclers, and transporters.
• Lead vendor onboarding, performance evaluations, and commercial contract negotiations.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor operational performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Identify operational risks, resolve customer escalations, and execute corrective action plans.
• Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and overall operational profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams across various sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, and Account Management.
