Sanskar Construction Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (BOQ & Billing Specialist) to prepare accurate BOQs, project estimates, client and contractor bills, and site budgets for ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings, structural designs, and project specifications.
• Estimate material, labor, machinery, and subcontractor costs for various construction projects.
• Prepare, verify, and submit accurate client and contractor running account (RA) bills and final bills.
• Manage project billing records, physical measurements, and reconciliation of site quantities.
• Review, verify, and certify vendor and subcontractor invoices against work orders and site measurements.
• Track project costs against approved budgets and prepare regular cost control and variance reports.
• Prepare comprehensive rate analysis and cost comparison statements for various construction items.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to resolve measurement discrepancies and billing queries.
• Monitor site progress and ensure milestone-based billing compliance and cash flow alignment.
• Maintain proper documentation, joint measurement sheets, and billing audit trails.
• Liaise with procurement and accounts teams for seamless vendor payment processing and cost tracking.
• Assist project leadership with budget forecasting, contract variations, and claims management.
