Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualization, design, and 3D modeling of mechanical components and products.
• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and specifications adhering to standard GD&T principles.
• Support prototyping, assembly, and testing of new product concepts.
• Conduct design verification and basic structural or mechanical calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and assess material selection for varied operating environments.
• Participate in design review meetings and maintain design iteration logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and machining shops for fabrication of prototype parts.
• Inspect manufactured parts to verify compliance with CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Prepare technical documentation, assembly manuals, and product bill of materials (BOM).
• Help troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement design modifications.
