Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment / HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms.

• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection and joining.

• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment reports.

• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

• Support the HR team in daily HR activities and documentation.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth recruitment processes.

• Meet assigned daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and candidate-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Good sourcing and internet research skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
