We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis.

• Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate assets using ARGUS.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and asset management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders on financial performance.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies for real estate projects.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
