Job Description Summary As Senior Marketing Business Analyst, Home Care, you will partner with cross functional teams to drive Business Intelligence and performance metrics management for the PureWick reputed company-to-Consumer business, and deliver the key insights required to effectively lead key strategic reputed company initiatives for the Home Care platform. Key responsibilities for this role will include creating and managing reputed company-time KPI dashboards, business cases for strategic initiatives, reputed company and cohort reports, and reputed company reporting for the business to generate insights and drive optimizations.

• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
