Key Responsibilities

• Support program managers and energy specialists with day-to-day marketing project coordination.
• Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and communications for diverse client segments.
• Coordinate marketing schedules, deliverables, and collateral distribution with external contractors.
• Track program outreach metrics and compile structured performance reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across remote cross-functional teams.
• Help ensure brand guidelines and program standards are met across all customer communications.
• Address customer inquiries and support positive customer delivery experiences.
• Assist in coordinating digital and print outreach assets for ongoing energy campaigns.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for marketing workflows.
• Participate in team planning meetings to support ongoing program strategy execution.
