• Install high-speed digital network connections at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of telecom equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the central technical support team to escalate complex network faults.
• Maintain accurate records of daily installations and service requests.
• Adhere to safety standards and guidelines during field operations.
• Conduct signal strength testing and quality checks post-installation.
