Qualitas Global is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to lead large-scale Data Annotation and AI data services delivery for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple large-scale Data Annotation projects and manage international client accounts.
• Oversee multi-tier operational teams including Project Managers, Team Leads, QAs, and Annotators.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, quality metrics, SLA adherence, and resource utilization.
• Manage senior international stakeholder relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support business development and account expansion through industry networking and client engagement.
• Drive account profitability, revenue growth, and budget management for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Design and implement scalable processes for workforce planning, capacity allocation, and shift management.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Sales teams to align business goals.
• Mentor project leadership, build career paths, and develop future operational leaders.
