Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot drives, gearboxes, pumps, and plant utility systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform servicing, alignment, and overhaul of textile processing and stitching machines.
• Conduct systematic root cause analysis on recurring mechanical failures to provide permanent fixes.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of daily maintenance tasks, interventions, and parts usage.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replenishments to avoid supply bottlenecks.
• Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, EHS regulations, and factory standards.
• Perform calibration and condition monitoring checks on production machinery.
• Coordinate with production floor supervisors to plan maintenance shutdowns effectively.
