  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
  • Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
  • Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.
  • Support root-cause analysis for defects, delays, or non-conformance events and drive closure actions.
  • Improve process capability through structured observations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Document technical decisions, changes, and lessons learned for repeatable execution.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for smooth handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and production-readiness expectations.
  • Experience coordinating with production, QA, supply chain, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
  • Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
