Job Description: Product Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)

Role Overview

The Product Manager LAP will own the end-to-end performance of the LAP portfolio with full accountability for Profit & Loss (P&L). The role requires driving business growth, optimizing yields, managing cost structures, and ensuring sustainable portfolio quality while delivering customer-centric lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership

• Own and manage the complete P&L of LAP portfolio, including revenue, cost, margins, and profitability.
• Drive yield optimization through pricing strategies, risk-based pricing, and fee income enhancement.
• Monitor and control cost of acquisition (CoA), cost of funds, and operating expenses.
• Track and improve Return on Assets and Risk-Adjusted Returns.

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Define and execute growth strategy for LAP, & EIL including customer segments, geographies, and sourcing channels.
• Drive AUM growth while ensuring portfolio quality.
• Identify new opportunities in self-employed, SME, and emerging customer segments.
• Develop partnerships and distribution channels (DSAs, connectors, digital platforms).
