Join Oracle's AI2 Networking Organization to design, implement, deploy, and automate high-performance RDMA networking fabrics supporting large-scale GPU infrastructure and cloud AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and automate high-performance RDMA and RoCE network fabrics for GPU superclusters.
• Implement software tools and automated pipelines for network deployment, configuration, and provisioning.
• Develop robust telemetry, observability, and network monitoring solutions for distributed AI fabrics.
• Optimize low-latency, high-bandwidth network protocols to maximize GPU cluster training throughput.
• Debug and resolve complex network performance bottlenecks, packet drops, and fabric congestion issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and system engineering teams to validate network switches, NICs, and firmware.
• Write clean, scalable automation scripts and systems software using Python, Go, or C++.
• Implement automated validation and regression test suites for network fabric changes and upgrades.
• Maintain high network reliability and uptime across enterprise-grade cloud data center environments.
• Contribute to network topology designs and capacity planning for next-generation AI infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in deployment speed and operational quality.
